The eighth annual Montclair Jazz Festival, on Saturday, Aug. 12, brought about 12,000, the largest crowd ever, to Nishuane Park to see headliners and student bands perform on two stages for nine hours of fun, music and advocacy.Dee Dee Bridgewater sings– this year the rain held off.
