Following the shocking death of George Floyd, Montclairians joined people across the country and around the world in expressing outrage. 

Christy Crawford and Karina Linch organized a car caravan in town, to involve children in protesting. More demonstrations in Montclair are planned for this week.

Township residents attended vigils and marches in Asbury Park, Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, Newark, and Trenton. — Compiled by Gwen Orel
