In brief: South Fullerton lot closes Monday

The South Fullerton parking lot will close for construction on Monday, March 16, for a period of five weeks.

The parking utility asks permit holders who normally use this lot to park at other municipal lots during the five-week construction period. Those lots include: Plymouth Lot, Midtown Lot, Maple Plaza Lot, Gates Street Lot, Valley Road Lot, North Fullerton Deck (third floor).

The lot will be reconfigured with a sidewalk, so pedestrians no longer have to walk in the middle of traffic. The lot will also be repaved and re-striped.
