St. James Episcopal Church to hold a Blessing of the Animals event

St. James Episcopal Church will hold a Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, Oct. 3, from 1 to 3 p.m.

There will be a pie-eating contest at 2:30 p.m. and a baked good table. Monetary donations and donated canned pet food will go to PAWS Montclair.
The church is located at 581 Valley Road.
