The Fine Art & Crafts Show, yesterday at Brookdale Park, seemed more about the crafts this year. Fine art took a back seat to handcrafted jewelry, woodworking, metal sculpture and textiles. The weather was perfect for shoppers who strolled the paths of this Essex County Park bordering Montclair and Bloomfield, but it wasn’t such a good day for county executive Joe DiVincenzo, who was taken to the hospital after a bicycle accident in the park.
