Montclair High School's a cappella group the Passing Notes will perform at the Lamp for Haiti benefit gala on Thursday, Sept. 24.

In the wake of ongoing protests around the world sparked by the death of George Floyd, the "America to Me: Real Talk Montclair" initiative that was launched March 1 in Montclair has taken on a broader scope, with a more urgent sense of purpose.

MHS students brought a list of demands, to the Board of Education, and rallied and marched, in the Black Lives Matter Unity Walk on Sunday, June 7.

Youth Open Mic at Trend Coffee and Tea House takes place on the second Wednesday of the month, offering young performers a place to play and be heard.
