With Governor-Elect Phil Murphy by his side, Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo Jr. kicked off his re-election campaign for a fifth term Monday.
DiVincenzo announced his plans during a press conference at Essex County Veterans Memorial Park in Newark, where he was surrounded by officials from the county and state who were there to endorse him.
