Highgate Hall LLC signed a lease with Bellevue Theatre owner Jesse Sayegh last week, and plan to begin construction for a revamped venue this fall.

Negotiations continue for the fate of Bellevue Theatre, 268 Bellevue Ave., according to Andrew Cifelli, lawyer for Bellevue owner Jesse Y. Sayegh.

After 14 years, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" had its final show at the Bellevue Theatre last weekend.
