Planning Board members expressed concerns about how rooftop equipment and utility structures might affect the height of the buildings and the look of the town’s skyline.
The Planning Board’s role in this part of the redevelopment process is to determine whether the draft plan for the 8.2-acre Lackawanna Plaza site is consistent with the township’s master plan.
“This is not the beginning,” Planner Janice Talley said. “Hopefully, this is the final stage. And I say stage because it is a public process. This is the township’s plan.”
