Lorraine Ghibaudi, a research scientist who co-founded Montclair’s Project Graduation, died peacefully in her sleep on Mother’s Day, May 10. She was 85.
The COVID-19 outbreak has been a challenging time for Montclair’s social service groups and charities, from food pantries reporting large increases in the number of clients requesting food, to agencies that serve the homeless trying to figure out how to maintain social distancing.

Paintings by five local artists have been reproduced on notecards and are being sold through the Montclair Art Museum to raise money for future programming of the Montclair Institute for Lifelong Learning.
