Hundreds of ghouls, goblins and ghosts headed to the Montclair Police Department’s 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat on Oct. 31 sponsored by the Montclair Police Foundation.The event held at the corner of Bloomfield Avenue and Valley Road had kids trick or treating from car to car for candy.
