Due to the impending storm, the Montclair Police Department is rescheduling the Annual Trunk or Treat for Halloween, Oct. 31, 4 p.m. It will take place in the MPD rear parking lot, 647 Bloomfield Ave.

Also on Halloween, the Montclair Center BID invites trick-or-treaters to stop by over 50 downtown businesses that will be handing out treats. Participating businesses will have a "Halloween Stop" sign on their window.

After trick-or-treating, parents can capture the moment with photographer Michael Stahl, who in conjunction with The Commonwealth Club of Montclair will be creating Halloween portraits of costumed kids on Oct. 31, 2-6 p.m.

Beginning at 5 p.m., tune into TV34 for Montclair's Fright Fest featuring six Boris Karloff movies such as "The House of Frankenstein" and “The Ghoul.” Local horror film aficionado Ilmar Vanderer and Karloff's daughter Sara will present commentary inbetween the films.

Later that night, join Montclair Local and Armando “OUTthere” Diaz for a Weirdo Party Silent Disco from 6 to 9 p.m. at Glenfield Park.
