Celebrate St Patrick’s Day by creating your very own Shamrock Bookmark to use when reading a great holiday book!
This craft is great for all ages. Younger children can use glue and older kids can make it a bit more advanced by sewing together and adding embellishments.

Supplies
- Assorted colors of felt (3-5 different colors of felt)
- Sewing needle and membroidery floss or glue
- Buttons/beads (optional)
- Scissors
- Template

Download the template and design your bookmark.
Cut out felt pieces in a variety of different colors based on your design.
This project is all about the layers and the stacking. Start by stacking the shamrock and sewing the pieces to the heart. You can add buttons and beads or embroidery stitches.
Lastly, stack the two heart pieces, and sew, or glue, Â them together.
Curl up with a good book and enjoy. When you are done, save your spot in the book by slipping the marker on your page.
