Feeling like you want to be more creative in 2017? Then head over to Basemeant WRX tonight and attend the Making Journey workshop. Do you have yarn and knitting needles, crochet hooks and started projects? Is there fabric in stacks and garments that need mending? Drop in with your project or questions, meet fellow creatives and makers and finish something. Ina, a curator of materials, instructions and processes of making, will lead you to discover your own making journey. She is a knitter and fiber artist extraordinaire and knows infinite ways of helping you finish what has been started.

Enjoy activities, music, dancing and lots of latkes at LatkePalooza at Bnai Keshet in Montclair on Friday night.  You can enjoy the best gluten-free latkes you’ve ever had — fried fresh and served hot by Bnai Keshet’s kitchen crew.  The first seating at 6 pm is intended for kids with an activity.  The food will be kept warm at 6:25 pm for an erev Chanukah/Shabbat service for children, a special music playlist and candlelighting.  A second seating for adults will be held at 7 pm.
