Do you have a smart dog who needs something to do to be happy, or a dog that needs some tuning up on his obedience? Or do you just want to learn how to teach your dog to do some impressive tricks?

If so, come to the Bloomfield Civic Center (84 Broad Street) on Monday evening, April 30 at 7 p.m., to a free presentation by Janet Mines Krings, Training Director of the Staten Island Companion Dog Training Club, sponsored by the Bloomfield Animal Shelter.

She and her therapy dog Corky will demonstrate various training techniques to teach your dog obedience, tricks, freestyle (that’s dancing!) and more. She will also participate in a Q & A session after the presentation.

Pizza and soft drinks will be served. (Note: This is for people only, no dogs please!)
