Anna Lombardi, (nee Pirrello), 90, of Montclair, died on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2019.
After marrying her husband, Carl “Nookie” Lombardi, she spent all her time caring for her family and her friends, making everyone who came into her home feel like it was their own.
She was predeceased by her husband Carl Lombardi in 2009, by her parents, Joseph and Rose Pirrello and by her brother Anthony Pirrello.
Mrs. Lomardi is survived by her son Carl Lombardi and his wife Kathleen, her daughters Gail Lombardi Link and her husband Donald Link, Roseann Portuese and her husband Philip, and her brother Peter Pirrello, her four grandchildren Jacob, Cayla, and Phillip Jr. and his wife Caitlin, and Andrew, a great-grandchild, Luke James.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11 at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m, on Saturday, Oct. 12 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 94 Pine St, Montclair. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Montclair.
