DeCamp Bus Lines will be temporarily suspending all service effective Wednesday, March 25, due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The last trip will depart Port Authority tonight, Tuesday, March 24. The suspension was announced around 1 p.m. on March 24.

Yesterday, March 23, NJ Transit began operating on a President’s Day schedule for rail service.

NJ Transit buses will remain on their normal weekday schedules. As an added precautionary measure to protect bus operators and customers, rear-door boarding on all bus routes is now being used. Travel should be limited to essential personnel only. Customers are encouraged to use the NJ Transit mobile ticketing app or purchase paper tickets prior to boarding.

Due to the rapidly changing nature of the COVID-19 response, customers are strongly encouraged to sign up for My Transit alerts and activate push notifications on the mobile app to receive the latest status of the system.
