As New Jersey begins to recover from the coronavirus pandemic, the Montclair Bird Club is restarting field trips, beginning with weekly Wednesday morning warbler walks in Garret Mountain Reservation and a trip to the South Amboy mudflats and Conaskonk Point in Union Beach on Friday, May 14.
Preregistration is required to participate in all trips, as trip size will be strictly limited. Email montclairbirdclub@gmail.com to RSVP.
Additional rules include that participants must have been fully vaccinated 14 days prior to the field trip, should only carpool with other members of their immediate family and be masked if carpooling with non-family, bring their own optics and wear masks.
