Montclair, NJ – Succeed2gether’s Montclair Literary Festival is thrilled to announce its next special event for 2021 – renowned storyteller Salman Rushdie talking online about his latest book Languages of Truth: Essays 2003–2020 on Tuesday, June 22 at 8 p.m. (EST). He will be live in conversation with a special guest.

In his new book, Rushdie explores the work of authors from Shakespeare and Cervantes to Samuel Beckett, Eudora Welty, and Toni Morrison and what they mean to him, on the page or in person. He delves deeply into the nature of “truth”, and looks anew at migration, multiculturalism, and censorship.
