Montclair High School’s School of Visual and Performing Arts is presenting its winter drama, “Almost Maine,” on Friday, Feb. 10, and Saturday, Feb. 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the Little Theater, Montclair High School George Innes Annex, 141 Park St.

John Cariani’s comedy is about love, loss and magic. During one night in the remote Maine winter, nine couples meet and are forever changed – some in surprising ways.

The play is directed by Brenda Pepper, SVPA co-director, with technical direction by Gary Rudoren, MHS’ architecture and design teacher. More than 85 students, including performers and tech crew, are contributing to the production.
