Anna Marie (Squangamor) Lombardi of Verona, formerly of Montclair, died on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. She was 87.
Mrs. Lombardi worked in a chiropractor’s office for many years and was also a homemaker who enjoyed having her family around her.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family, the Yankees, basketball and spending time at the Jersey Shore.
Mrs. Lombardi is survived by her husband, Benjamin B. Lombardi, and by his children, Gary Vincent Lombardi (Cynthia), Todd Peter Lombardi (Nurbia) and Jill Lombardi (partner Barry Schmid); by her sister, Angelina Alfano, and by her grandchildren, Cristina, William, Gary Jr., Matthew, Savannah and Alicia.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Lucy Crick, Peter Squangamor and Grace Jenkins.
Visitation is Friday, May 10, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Caggiano Memorial Home for Funerals, 62 Grove St. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 11, at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 30 North Fullerton Ave. Entombment will be at Gates of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
