Montclair Kimberley’s track and field teams had their best results in a four-day period in May. The MKA boys finished second in the team standings, behind only Newark Academy, in Prep B on May 23. The girls placed third at the county relays on May 26 behind Livingston and Montclair, which were first and second, respectively.

Montclair High School duo brings home state track medals, Lawson grabs 200-meter title
Montclair High School seniors, Kiya Lawson and Elizabeth Fitzgerald, collected medals at the June 18th State Meet of Champions at Franklin High School. Lawson won the 200-meter state title and came in second in the 100-meter race. Fitzgerald finished second in the state in the pole vault.
