My Dad and the Dragon: Author Montserrat Coughlin Kim
Montserrat Coughlin Kim reads her picture book My Dad and the Dragon, a story about what it is like to have a parent with cancer. The book is based on her family’s experience, and she wrote it to help parents, caregivers and children talk about how cancer can impact the whole family. There will be an author-led discussion and books available for purchase. In partnership with Hackensack Meridian Health (families can attend one of two programs at Montclair Public Library and at Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center). Registration required for both dates.
