The Yoga of Healing – Morning Meditations
November 2, 2022 @ 6:30 am–7:00 am
An event every week that begins at 6:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until November 16, 2022
What does it mean to feel whole?
How do you heal your heart, body or soul?
In this meditation series, we will work towards helping your mind embrace its crucial part in the healing process
Start the day from the comfort of your home, mat, porch, meditation nook, bed… for a sweet, guided meditation on the nature of healing.
Vishali , the founder of our community (20 years and counting), will guide you as we explore the concept of healing and how your thoughts can impact your ability to move forward.
We’ll use the lovely book – The Tao of Healing – as a touchstone: the place your mind can anchor to, pivot from, expand on, and align with. In each session, Vishali will guide you on a meditation centered around a different passage from the book. Following the meditation, you’ll be invited to share with the group or journal your experience.

Here’s what participants have shared about Vishali mediations:
“The meditations have helped me tap into my own inner resources, so I can now begin to face the inconceivable and the difficult elements that stemmed from a deep loss. Vishali’s presence is healing. And the sophisticated Yogic meditation tools she offers have helped me move from a constant, obsessive analysis by my mind—to settling more so into an inner space where I can honor the beauty, meaning, and essence of that which still shines brightly.”
“Every class with Vishali is a guided journey to the core of being, letting me explore the concepts of yoga in a supportive environment. It is a gift to take her classes! She weaves yoga philosophy with everyday life experiences, making it accessible and meaningful for everyone in every place.”
