Marie Barton (nee Pasqua), 65, of Little Egg Harbor, formerly of Bloomfield and Montclair, passed away on Friday, Dec. 27. Marie worked as an insurance agent for Hillman and Harrison in Montclair.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Thomas Barton, her daughters Lauren and Jessica Barton, her cousins Phyllis Capriotti and Andrea Harp, many nieces and nephews, her godchildren, and a host of loyal friends and extended family.
She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Kate Pasqua and her sister Anna Giantini.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3, at Immaculate Conception Church in Montclair. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Upper Montclair. Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 2, 4 to 8 p.m., at Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St, Montclair.
