Yesterday, families thronged to two popular annual events in Montclair:
Hillside School presented the 11th Free Community-Wide Swap. The gym at the Hillside School was set up as a yard sale however everything was free. Shoppers were encouraged to “come and take whatever you want”
The Watchung School PTA Tag Sale is the longest continually running tag sale in the USA. The sale started in the 1920’s. All items left at the end of the sale are given to a charity that distributes them free of charge to those in need.
