The melody of flute and harpsicord seemed to be coming from the gazebo, located in a Glen Ridge park known as The Glen. I arrived at the corner of Ridgewood Avenue and Bloomfield Avenue yesterday, just in time to see a beautiful bride descend the long staircase. A few other passers-by stopped and we had a balcony view of the nuptials. An unexpected Sunday afternoon treat.

Actually, SJ, I had no preconceptions regarding the faith of the bride.
I just was imagining people gorging on pastrami to the sound of the flute and harpsichord.
And then rushing over to Park Street to have their pic taken in front of the chicken sign.
