  1. There’s a new Sensory Processing Disorder support group in Montclair beginning Oct. 1, 2013. It will run on Tuesday evening and is being facilitated by a child psychotherapist and occupational therapist who specialize in working with children with SPD. My husband and I went to the first series and loved it — loved the therapists and really valued the information. Happy to field any questions you might have about our experience.

    Here’s the contact info:

    Erica Zaklin, LCSW – 201-707-1437

  2. Hi! I’m a certified P-3 teacher. I recently completed the Montclair State University Graduate Certificate Program in Developmental Models of Autism Assessment and Intervention. I’m trained to work with children who are on the autism spectrum, using a DIR/Floortime approach to play. If you have a child who needs some Floortime informed play, one on one or with friends, drop me an email @ cdemartino2001@yahoo.com.

  3. HI, I would like to add a great childcare resource for special needs.
